The first month of the year was filled with new energies, insights, and reassessments. Things that once felt stable now seemed to call for an update. It felt as if life was testing me—can I truly trust myself? Do I dare to step into the unknown without guarantees?
Memories – What Do I Carry With Me?
I realized that memory is not just an archive of past events. It shapes the present moment and influences how I see myself and the world.
Some memories serve as a source of strength—they inspire and empower us.
But others are outdated patterns we’ve learned to hold onto as a safe space, even though they actually keep us from moving forward.
January reminded me that it’s time to clear my mind of what no longer serves me. Only the memories that support me and help me grow deserve to stay.
We cannot choose everything that happens to us—some events unfold beyond our control, and we must go through them. But we can choose how we relate to them. I choose to keep only the memories that support my growth and give me strength.
Judge Not, and You Shall Not Be Judged
This month, we practiced accepting people and events without judgment. It turned out to be harder than expected.
I noticed how easily we critique others and the world around us. We assume that someone is doing things "wrong," living the "wrong" way, or that situations should unfold differently.
But everyone has their own path, their own reality. Each person lives within their own illusion and experiences exactly what they need to experience.
That’s why I am right, you are right—and everyone else is right too.
When we stop judging and accept life as it is, a sense of freedom emerges.
Judgment is not just about criticizing others; it’s also about limiting ourselves. When we define what is "right" and "wrong," we unconsciously build barriers in our own lives.
January reminded us that the world is much broader than our personal perspective—and the less we judge, the more freedom we allow ourselves.
Growth Through Overcoming Obstacles
There were moments when things didn’t work out right away, and giving up seemed like the easier choice.
But these very moments taught us resilience and the ability to seek new solutions.
Failures are not the end of the road—they are part of the journey, helping us learn and grow stronger.
The weight of responsibility we often carry can sometimes become our own prison. The pressure of expectations, obligations, and the standards we impose on ourselves can hold us back, preventing us from moving forward.
Now, as we step into a new phase of life, it’s time to pause and reflect. What from everything you’ve gathered is truly worth carrying into the future? Which habits, thoughts, or emotions have become burdens rather than sources of support?
The voice of your soul always knows the answer. It’s quiet, barely audible, yet it is the key to finding your path to freedom. Learning to listen to that voice is what allows you to release unnecessary weight and create space for true happiness and lightness.
Allow yourself to be free. A new phase of life is not just a change in the calendar—it’s an opportunity to let go of old burdens and move forward with greater ease.
Freedom from Others’ Expectations
January was a month of re-evaluation: What in our lives truly belongs to us, and what do we do out of obligation, guilt, or fear of judgment?
We practiced making conscious choices—free from the weight of external expectations.
The further we climb the steps of evolution, the more possibilities open before us. But at the same time, we are the architects of our own reality—the tools and materials for this must be chosen by us alone.
No one is coming to save us or to show us a ready-made path. True freedom comes from taking responsibility into our own hands and daring to walk our own way.
But what does this look like in practice?
1️⃣ Listen to yourself – Ask yourself what truly makes you happy, instead of just following what you "should" do. What brings you joy and fulfillment?
2️⃣ Pause and recognize external influences – When do you make a decision just because you're afraid of others' opinions? Practice choosing from your heart, not out of duty.
3️⃣ Practice saying NO – Freedom isn’t just about doing what you want; it’s also about having the courage to say no to what doesn’t serve you.
4️⃣ Create your own path – Don’t wait for someone to show you the way. No one knows better than you what is right for you. Trust yourself.
5️⃣ Take responsibility for your choices – Don’t wait for someone else to change your life. You have the power to do it yourself.
When you start living this way, the world opens up in a new way. You’ll discover true freedom—the freedom to be yourself.
Creativity – The Energy of the Future
When you create from love and abundance, your work has the power to touch others on a deep level. I believe this year will reveal the true meaning of creativity. It's no longer just a skill; it’s the energy that transforms the world.
The person who creates art acts as a channel for the energy that connects us to others and to ourselves. When we dare to follow our creativity, we not only express ourselves, but also offer something valuable and unique to the world.
That’s why it’s so important to value our own creativity and make space for it. I’m currently working on a course that supports those who want to strengthen their belief in themselves, find the courage to create, and allow their art to impact both their own lives and the lives of others.
If you feel the call to create but hesitate, remember: this is your path, your calling.
How did your January feel? Have you experienced something similar?
